A mixed role with structured support and progressive development.

- Rehabilitation and exercise sessions

Clinical, Imaging & AI
- MRI scanning workflows
- AI-supported workflow and prompts
- Clinical reporting and presentations
- Research data collection
Research & innovation
Contribute to live projects
Work with the in-house team on real translational projects, with mentorship from Professor Paul Lee.
AI & healthcare tech
Help build AI-supported workflows, prompt engineering and movement analysis tools used in clinic.

Who we’re looking for
Person specification
Essential
- Enrolled on a Sport & Exercise Science (or related) degree
- Full driving licence + independent transport
- Available full-time Sept 2026 – Jun 2027
- Comfortable in patient-facing clinical settings
- Strong IT, data recording and MS Office
- Interest in biomechanics, AI and innovation
Desirable
- First aid qualification
- Prior sports science or rehabilitation experience
- Hands-on with testing equipment
- Understanding of rehabilitation principles

Travel Requirements
A full driving licence and independent transport are essential. You’ll regularly move between our Grantham and Sleaford clinical locations.
DBS Check
Due to the patient-facing nature of this role, an Enhanced DBS check is required before your start date.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
