The Power of Fat Cells

Lipogems procedure uses cutting-edge technology that gently processes your body’s own fat tissue in order to, amongst other things, cushion and support areas of injury or damage as your body heals itself. Lipogems is injected precisely into areas of the body in order to help establish an environment conducive to tissue healing and repair. Lipogems tends to stay in the area where it is injected instead of being reabsorbed by the body, allowing your body to maximize the benefits of Lipogems for an extended period of time. As part of this overall process, Lipogems provides cushioning and structural support to your body’s tissues wherever it is injected.

The Process

HARVESTING

This phase can be performed even under general or local anaesthesia. Following an infiltration of a solution composed of saline, adrenaline and lidocaine, the harvesting can begin. Both procedures are performed using a series of blunt cannulae that are connected to the Luerlock® syringe included in the kit.

PROCESSING

The harvested tissue is processed immediately in the surgical area using the LIPOGEMS® system. This phase permits a gradual reduction in the adipose tissue clusters and removes impurities (blood, oil and cell debris)

INJECTION

Once the processing phase is concluded, the tissue is immediately transferred to the treatment site.
